Description
The Discovery phase begins with a prospective
client's first contact with a member of the Moai
Sales team. During the sales process, Moai works
with the client to understand their processes and
identify how CompleteSource
can help them be more successful. If the client's
goals and the benefits of CompleteSource align,
a Sales Engineer and a Technical Implementation
Services Project Manager will develop a high-level
project scope and estimate for the prospective client
to evaluate. From that point, it is recommended
that the client sign an Initial Commitment and Contract
to have Technical Implementation Services go through
the Foundation/Functional Design phase of the project.
