Description
During this phase, members of the Moai Technical Implementation Services team work with the client to understand exactly what the client wants to accomplish by implementing CompleteSource.

The team defines specific functional requirements, provides the client with tools to understand how CompleteSource can be tailored to fit their exact needs and helps them determine how CompleteSource will fit into current business processes. As part of this phase, the team also identifies any risks or obstacles involved in completing the project on-time and within budget. Finally, a full project scope and project plan are completed and presented to the client.

At the completion of the Foundation phase, the client will be asked to sign the final Technical Implementation Services contract to continue forward with the project. At this point, the project will be completely scoped and a firm project cost will have been generated.
