Assist Services
Expert Assist Services provide Moai Technical Implementation Services consultants to customers who have chosen
to implement CompleteSource themselves or with
the help of a Systems Integrator. Expert Assist
engagements are flexible, ranging from assistance
with requirements, architecture, and development
to upgrades, performance assessment, and tuning.
Technical Implementation Services resources can be engaged
remotely in a primarily advisory capacity or sub-contracted
full-time on a CompleteSource project, where they
can share their extensive product knowledge on
a daily basis.
