Description
Moai Technical Implementation Services Expert Assist
Package provides CompleteSource implementation expertise
to Systems Integrators and customers implementing
their own CompleteSource projects. When project
teams are unfamiliar with the CompleteSource software
and Moai's OpenAPI, access to someone with significant
experience reduces cost by cutting the time required
to get a team up to speed and reach the best solution.
Because projects often operate under extremely short
timeframes, getting rapid solutions from a knowledgeable
source can be a critical factor for success.
In essence, the Expert Assist Package provides
a project team with an experienced CompleteSource
technical advisor from Moai's Technical Implementation Services
group to consult with the project team on a part-time
basis. The consultant has extensive CompleteSource
implementation experience and provides critical
expertise throughout a project, from requirements
and scoping, to planning and methodology, to design
and architecture. This advisor also serves as
the Moai liaison to the team, accessing other
resources within Moai as needed to ensure the
success of the project.
The base expert assist includes one two-day on-site
review and one day per week for three weeks of
remote assistance.
